Florida Rum Society Barrel Selection
In May 2010, this rum was distilled in the historic, double-wooden pot still at the Diamond Distillery then shipped to the UK where it was aged in once-used bourbon barrels. In continued to mature in the UK until it was shipped to the US for bottling in 2021.
Only 217 bottles of this single cask, eleven-year-old, Port Mourant rum were bottled as part of the Hamilton Single Cask Strength Collection. This barrel was hand selected by Broc Smith and is an FRS Exclusive.
