Shipping Policy

In order to fulfill your order you must meet the following criteria.  

  • Must Be 21
  • Allow 24-48 hours to confirm order
  • We do not ship on Fridays as Florida is HOT and we don't want bottles waiting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend!
  • Orders must all requirements to be fufilled (additional bottles required for specific bottles) or the order will be cancelled and refunded
  • Must be at home or in office
  • Cannot be sent to any Shipping Stations
  • 3 attempts for delivery with door tags
  • Must contact within 3 days of not receiving 
  • Do not Sign for package if any leaks are present and have the package returned immediately.  
  • Any signed for package will be considered fulfilled successfully.
  • No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • We do not ship outside the U.S.
  • We do not ship to the following states: AK,AL,MA,OR,TN,WV,MI
  • Spirits can ship to: District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Kentucky, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, Guam, BVI
  • Wine and Beer we can ship to listed states above and the following:  Delaware, Massachusetts, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon (also, cider), Vermont, Virginia

If we are unable to ship to your state it is do to local laws, we are sorry for the inconvenience. 

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?  Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address.

RETURNS / RESTOCKING FEES

6% Restocking fee for all returns.
