In November 2012, this rum was distilled in the Diamond Distillery's historic wooden Coffey still and put in used bourbon and whiskey barrels Then it was shipped to the UK where it continued to mature in barrels. It was shipped to the US for bottling in 2021.
Only 197 bottles of this single cask, eight-year-old, Enmore rum were bottled as part of the Hamilton Single Cask Strength Collection. This barrel was hand selected by Broc Smith and is an FRS Exclusive.
