Fortaleza Tequila Anejo is 100% authentic Mexican tequila aged for a minimum of 18 months in select American oak barrels which have been re-chipped and re-charred for a deep, smoky texture. Derived from 8 year old matured agave plants grown and harvested in Jalisco Mexico, this celebrated Anejo is double distilled in authentic copper pot stills for the purest extract. Fortaleza Anejo is produced in limited quantities, with each bottle hand-blown and hand-packed to ensure quality and bespoke craftsmanship. Bottled at 40% ABV, this succulent tequila features a rich palate and complex aromatics that weave a tale of sweetness from the very first sip.
