Chacolo Ixtero Amarillo Vol. 2 Agave Spirit

Ixtero Amarillo is the name the Partida family gives to the unique variety of Agave Rhodacantha they work with. For this production, the agave was left as "capón" for 4 years before being harvested to make what the family refers to as mezcal, though it is legally classified as Destilado de Agave.
