The perfect blend, our Proprietary Red is the classic that keeps us coming back year after year. With a beautifully balanced palette showing notes of cassis, black tea, and pepper, this old world styled wine will suit any occasion.

Composition: 

Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Cabernet Franc, with nice chunks of Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Malbec

Aging: 

24 to 28 months in French oak barriques
