Made from single estate agaves, averaging around 8 years of age, the naturally high sugar content results in an exceptionally rich tequila.
What sets this batch apart is its use of agaves de semilla—agaves grown from seed—marking an industry first. At 50% ABV, it delivers bold flavors and aromas of cooked agave, tropical fruits like roasted pineapple and melon, along with chocolate, caramel, dulce de leche, and spices such as cinnamon and cardamom. Notes of gardenia and a distinctive minerality reflecting the highlands' terroir further elevate the experience.
